3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively for the following purposes:

• Processing model applications and managing talent profiles.

• Handling booking requests and coordinating between clients and models.

• Sending transactional emails (application confirmation, booking updates, password resets).

• Maintaining the security and integrity of model accounts.

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any automated decision-making.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.

Client booking information is shared with the relevant model only to the extent necessary to coordinate the project. Model profile information (stage name, location, measurements, portfolio photos) is published publicly on this website only after explicit approval by the agency.

We may share data with service providers strictly necessary for our operations (email delivery, hosting), bound by confidentiality obligations.

5. Data Retention

• Model profiles: retained for as long as the model is active with the agency, and up to 2 years after account closure.

• Booking requests: retained for 3 years for administrative and contractual purposes.

• Contact messages: retained for 1 year.

• Application data for rejected candidates: deleted within 6 months of the decision.

Under applicable data protection law, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.

• Request correction of inaccurate data.

• Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").

• Object to or restrict the processing of your data.
