2. About the Agency

PP Models is a talent management and booking agency based in Morocco. We act exclusively as an intermediary between clients and models. All bookings are managed through the agency — direct contact between clients and models outside of agency channels is not permitted during an active collaboration.

3. Model Accounts

Models who create an account on this platform agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful personal and professional information.

• Keep their profile and portfolio up to date.

• Submit any profile changes through the designated moderation workflow.

• Not share their account credentials with any third party.

• Notify the agency immediately in case of unauthorized account access.

The agency reserves the right to suspend or remove any model profile that violates these terms or the agency's professional standards.

4. Booking Requests

Clients may submit booking requests through individual model profile pages. Submitting a request does not constitute a confirmed booking.

All requests are reviewed by the agency, which will contact the client to confirm availability, discuss terms, and finalize the engagement. The agency reserves the right to decline any booking request without explanation.

All rates, contracts, and payment terms are negotiated and formalized through the agency. Any attempt to bypass the agency to directly engage a represented model is a violation of these terms and may result in legal action.

5. Intellectual Property

All content published on this website — including model photos, agency branding, text, and design — is the property of PP Models, Pixel Passion Studio or the respective rights holders.

Model portfolio images are used with the model's explicit consent. They may not be downloaded, reproduced, or used commercially without prior written authorization from the agency.

Clients who engage models through the agency retain rights to commissioned photos only as defined in their individual contracts.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use this website for any unlawful purpose.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account or system.

• Scrape, copy, or reproduce model profiles, images, or contact information.

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent booking requests.

• Harass, impersonate, or harm any model or agency personnel.

• Attempt to circumvent any security or moderation feature of the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

PP Models provides this website on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PP Models shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use this website.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Morocco.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
